Four-axis CNC milling machines are used for milling wax models, allowing all basic tasks to be performed with high precision. The result is a three-dimensional model of the future product with a high degree of detail and accuracy.

Maximum machining area along the axes:

We mill any wax patterns that do not exceed the working area of the milling cutter.

  • Axis x – 160 mm.
  • Axis y – 90 mm.
  • Axis z – 140 mm.
  • Axis a – 360°.

Preparation and analysis of 3D models

In the first stage, we import your STL file into the CAM system. We check the integrity of the polygonal mesh, analyze the geometry for the presence of “undercuts” (areas inaccessible to the milling cutter) and, if necessary, make adjustments for a perfect result.

Selecting a strategy and tool

We select a cutting tool individually for each part. This is usually a cascading approach: end mills for quick removal of excess volume and precision conical or spherical mills for detailed relief work.

Trajectory programming (CAM)

We create a control program, calculating each step of the tool's movement. At this stage, the cutting modes are set: spindle speed and feed rate, which guarantees a clean surface and prevents the material from overheating.

Virtual simulation

Before starting the machine, the program undergoes a digital check. We simulate the machining process on a computer to completely eliminate the risk of collisions, workpiece jamming, or tool breakage. This guarantees safety and precision.

CNC milling

The workpiece is securely fixed in place, and the automatic process is started. The process consists of two stages: roughing (removing the bulk of the material) and finishing (forming the final texture with microscopic steps for maximum smoothness).

Final finishing and inspection

After removal from the machine, the product undergoes manual or abrasive processing: removal of technological bridges, grinding, and verification of compliance with the dimensions of the original file. The finished product fully complies with your digital drawing.
